Reception Packages

The Lodge is the perfect place to hold your wedding reception! You'll love our new beautiful Lodge environment and decor, private dressing rooms for the bride and groom, and the finest food catered by Maddox Ranch House. Our professional reception planners can make your reception experience simple and enjoyable. Just relax, enjoy your special moment, and let our staff pamper you!

Receptions are held at the West end of the Lodge

• $500.00 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
• $1,000.00 on Thursday and Friday.

Includes:

• Consultation and planning
• Backdrop
• Gift area and treasure box for gift cards
• Cake area and use of cake knife and server
• A bride's dressing room
• A groom's dressing room
• Round tables and chairs/white or cream linen
• Easels
• Registry table with linen
• The Lodge candle ambiance
• Food servers
• and most important, the set up and clean up.

All food and flowers must be supplied by the Lodge.

• Minimum refreshment charge per person is $2.75. Refreshments are served on glass dishes with paper napkins in your choice of color.
• The Lodge can also provide wedding ceremonies, wedding luncheons/dinners, chair covers, cakes, dance floor and fabric gazebo.
